We work with different Relocation packages to help expats who have to relocate to Singapore. Below our Gold package.
GOLD DESTINATION PACKAGE
One on one Skype sessions (2 sessions)
During this session we provide a Q&A session for the new employee. Drawing on our extensive experience in Singapore we will volunteer relevant information, which will enable the family to be better prepared for the move to Singapore. This will be followed up with an email – reconfirming the discussed and any further information requested by the employee. A pre-arrival email will be sent, highlighting important information on Singapore such as upcoming public holidays and events.
Needs Analysis Survey
Following the Skype session(s) a thorough needs analysis questionnaire will be completed to ensure we have an in-depth understanding of the employee (and family, if applicable) needs and requirements, enabling us to tailor the orientation support as described below.
Welcome Session
We will arrange a time to visit the employee and present our Welcome Bag, containing maps, guides to Singapore, vouchers from our preferred network, information on associations and other relevant information for expats. If appropriate, we also include guides specifically aimed at families and a welcome gift for the child.
